Send us your MC Authority, W-9, and Certificate of Insurance. We handle all the broker setup packets and carrier agreements on your behalf.

Within 24 hours of approval, we start pitching you premium loads. You approve the load, we negotiate the rate, and you hit the road.

To partner with ATX Dispatchers, you must meet the following minimum requirements to ensure we can secure the best loads from top-tier brokers.

Active MC or DOT Authority (minimum 30 days active preferred, but we work with new authorities too).
Minimum $1,000,000 Auto Liability Insurance.
Minimum $100,000 Motor Truck Cargo Insurance.
Reliable Equipment (Dry Van, Flatbed, Reefer, Box Truck, or Hotshot).
Completed W-9 Form.
Notice of Assignment (if you use a factoring company).
